Zack saw the demand that customers were frustrated they couldn’t find landscaping and masonry laborers around. Pool sharks already started doing patios, snow and ice management so in 2026 Zack decided to rebrand POOL SHARKS into not just a “swimming pool company” but a “property maintenance business” . VPM (VALLIERE PROPERTY MAINTENANCE) Focuses on swimming pools, landscaping, masonry, and snow & ice management.
